Customer Service / Sales

This position is very important to our business as you will represent the face of our company. You will be responsible for greeting customers, filling out problem reports, returning faulty equipment, scheduling onsite service calls and assisting the Sales Department on new equipment sales. Some technical knowledge is required. Training provided and room for advancement. (OPEN)

Account Manager

This position is open immediately. You will be working with the sales department. In this position, you will be responsible for cold calls, following up with clients, correspondence, attending networking events, and technical proposal documentation. This is a fast-paced position with priorities changing from day to day. The person who is hired for this position must be extremely detail oriented and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint. Technical/Computer experience is a must! Candidate must have proven sales experience in a technical environment. (OPEN)

Advanced Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Network Engineer. Must have at least 5 years of networking experience, and at least 1 year outbound/field service. At least one technical certification is required, MCSE strongly preferred. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Applicant must have a desire to be very busy and demonstrate strong customer service ability. Thorough troubleshooting documentation is required. This is a team environment with new learning opportunities every day. Applicant must be able to work in varying network environments and available to work 45 to 50 hours per week. (OPEN)
